In the last couple of weeks, when I use my Logitech c920 webcam on Pop, it reads it at a very low frame rate (< 10fps). If I open Google Meet while the Pop call is open, it switches back to 30fps. This started a couple of weeks ago on two different MacBook Pros.

I'm running Pop 8.0.8 on macOS Big Sur. When I start to share my screen the Pop window goes black and I lose the connection to the other participant. I have to restart Pop and then it will happen again any time I try to share my screen.

Hosting from MacOS. The collaborator on Linux wasn't able to do any keyboard shortcuts related to the "command" meta key: copy/paste, save, etc. The Linux user installed the Pop client today.

Twice today I shared my screen and despite the green frame appearing around the screen I wanted to share (my external monitor) the wrong screen was shared with my colleagues (my laptop screen). I only became aware of this because they told me. I tried to leave the Pop session and re-join, but the problem remained. Quitting and restarting Pop resolved the issue.

A while back there was https://support.pop.com/bugs/p/unable-to-copypaste-messages which was marked as fixed, but it's broken again. You cannot select nor copy messages from the chat. Using 8.0.9 on Linux, but colleague with a similar version on macOS reports the same problem.

Hello, I am experiencing an issue that has been flagged before ( https://support.pop.com/bugs/p/infinitely-connecting-user ), however, I'm opening a new bug as the other one is closed. When I join a specific meeting room, it shows that my user is infinitely connecting. I am able to participate in the call but it's very annoying to have my phantom user always with me..! I am using the desktop app on MacOS Ventura 13.6.4. I have tried many things - signing out and signing in again, uninstalling and re-installing the app, checking the Activity Monitor to see if Pop processes are running after I close the app (no Pop process seems to run once I close Pop). Nothing seems to fix the issue. I even joined in the browser (not through the desktop app) and I can still see my phantom user in the meeting room. Please advise how to resolve this as it's annoying for me and my teammates. Thank you!!

After hiding myself during a call, I don't see any option to bring my own video back.

I use a vertical main display on macOS. In System Settings the display is rotated 270 degrees. When clicking the POP icon in the menubar, the POP window launches in the bottom right corner. I assume it's supposed to launch in the upper right, right below the icon.

Trying to sign in with Google results in a certificate error trying to submit the google login results (in the popup window).
