I use this software with my team several times a week and probably 70% of the time one of the developers has to reboot because when they share their screen I see their mouse but I don't see their screen and all I see is a dark blue screen with a spinner in the middle. No matter what we try the only way to get this resolved is a reboot. Now a second developer on my team is starting to have the same issue. All pop clients are up to date. Love the product but this is really unfortunate...
