Set Slack Status

When in a meeting, set my Slack status to "🖥 In a Screen meeting", and unset it when I'm done. If a custom status is in place, just replace the emoji and revert it when done.

This would be really useful, not having it is sometimes a reason to prefer slack's internal huddle or a google meet.

Having something like this exposed via an external API would be better as integrations can then be made for more than just slack.
