Raise hand functionality

Add a "raise hand" functionality so that participants can indicate to the presenter when they would have something to add and eliminate talking over each other in larger meetings.

The features should also capture and maintain the order in which participants raise their hand so it can form a kind of queue the presenter can work though.

Does ephemeral messaging work as a stop-gap for this use case? You can just start typing (no need to click on a button) and it goes across to everyone in the meeting. I know this isn't ideal, but I'm curious to hear your thoughts on this approach.
