Instead of me having to set up my profile picture for the service, integrate with either Google Auth profile, or leverage Gravatar.com to fetch my current picture.

Also track whether I've manually overridden this by uploading my own, and if I haven't fetch the correct image from the profile/gravatar service once some <time period>.
