Allow setting for camera on/off when joining

When I join a meeting, most of the time I'm just wanting to see someone's screen and talk, so video is not necessary. It's actually a little jarring, because I typically set my RingCentral meetings to not have cameras enabled by default, so I am used to that. When I join Pop, it's like "Oh, yeah, I'm on camera". I saw a similar request that says this was implemented, but I don't see the option in Pop settings as of v8.0.0.

Currently, you have to click the Start New Meeting button, and select your default join settings there — we're going to be making this an option in Settings soon, but we haven't gotten to that task just yet. Let me know if this doesn't work for you and we can reopen this request.
