white dialog remnant left after leaving call

Yesterday I left a call and the small dialog turned entirely white and I couldn't interact with it. It moved on it's own a few times and then eventually went away. There were no errors in the dev console.

I may have enabled my second screen during the call, which I don't recall having done before.

This happens to me often (Windows 10). Killing Pop is the only thing that makes it go away for me.
