Anyone else having issues with connecting a call to someone for the first time? It will take multiple minutes for the call connect. Once it finally connects, everything works great.

Sorry about that — right before you wrote in, we changed a configuration option in GCP to increase the memory our cloud functions had, and it ended up churning all our instances (which we didn't realize it would do). We're going to only do such modifications in periods of low usage (e.g. on the weekends) going forward.

J Sherwani (Pop Team): Not entirely sure that was our issue. It has been ongoing for our team for a couple weeks. We have found out that if it takes too long to start or join a call, we just cancel and restart the process. It connects quickly after that.
