Pop Window not Resizeable

Across my team (6 developers), Pop's main window has broken in various ways. The window is not resizeable, making it inconvenient to some and partially unusable to others. See images attached.
The pop windows seem to resize when moved across monitors of different resolutions, both for the main window and the "in-call" windows, which may be partially responsible for the issue.

We also have floating Camera windows that can't be minimized. Floating screen share windows from the last size of the screen share, that can't be minimized or closed. It seems to be getting worse.
