Whenever I'm in a Pop call, other participants are constantly complaining about my mic volume in relation to the other participants (ie. my volume is much lower than everyone else).

I'm on Arch Linux and use Pavucontrol to turn my mic volume up to 150% and I still have the same issue.

If I use the same mic but on other platforms such as zoom, it's not an issue. I can also use the same mic in Discord on Windows and not have an issue with volume either.
