Can we stop the meeting controls from automatically moving around the screen when someone is screensharing?

If I'm screensharing, I want to move the controls to a separate screen that is not being shared, or to a particular part of the shared screen so it's not covering certain details. However the controls seem intent on moving back where they think is right.

The same thing happens when someone else is screensharing as well.
