Alvin: Is the app running at all? Can you try the other items I listed and share the results please? From the logs it appears the app is still running, but doesn't appear in your top menu bar for some reason.

Hi Alvin,
I am unable to replicate the issue on my 2019 MacBook using Sonoma -- can you share if the app has died or simply missing from the top menu bar? To check, you can launch Activity Monitor and search for Pop to see if it is still running. If you do see Pop running in the activity monitor, try launching it again via Cmd+Space -- does the app appear?
If the app is crashing on start, can you please email me the application log found at ~/Library/Application Support/Pop/Pop.log? You can reach me directly @ mustafa@pop.com

Mustafa Hashmi: the problem is been fixed. Because I'm using hackintosh, issue is come from the amfi
Changes the solution 2 then problem fixed
