MacOSX "install meeting helper"

Howdy! Love it so far.
I have a MacBook Pro. Almost every day or every other day, when I host my first screen of the day, I get a "Screen wants install helper". This action requires me to authorize with my system user/pass.
My IT/Security team wants to know what's what. After the recent Zoom issues, this is understandable.
After install, I followed the instructions (already forgotten) to enable screen.so to let meeting participants take over my mouse/keyboard. Is it this that I am "re-authorizing" on each screen.so start?
I'm 98% sure gonna keep this going after Covid.
Regards,
Dave

We’ve seen this happen only when you install Screen from a separate Mac account than the one you’re on — it seems that MacOS doesn’t like a one user modifying an application (in /Applications) that was installed by a different user.
To fix this, delete Screen.app and re-download it from the user account you’re mainly logged in as.
If you only have one account and are still seeing this, let me know, as we haven’t encountered that.
